Citrus Rust Mite
The citrus rust mite, Phyllocoptruta oleivora (Ashmead), also called rust mite on organges, is an important pest of citrus in most humid regions of the world. It infests mature branches, green twigs, leaves, and fruits of commercial citrus, causing significant yield losses. The most damage is done on the fruit skin, which reduces the quality and rating of the fresh market fruits.
